I've seen a lot of people fall into this trap where they start profiling data and systems and they start doing all
this inventory work and they start looking at stuff that's kind of like not super relevant to getting to where you need to go so let's define where we need to go, like we want to go to the moon, where you want to go, okay now let's look at, what do we have available? and then what do we need to build in order to close that gap to get to where we need to go
