With over 20 years of experience, Dave has led and grown award-winning teams across financial services, real estate, retail, and healthcare. His focus has always been on turning complex challenges into practical, high-value outcomes.

 

Before founding Fuse Data, Dave was a Partner at Gensquared, a data and analytics consultancy where he helped top-tier organizations shift from tech-first to business-first thinking. By delivering real-world data products and measurable value, he played a key role in the company’s record growth. Gensquared earned a spot on The Globe and Mail’s 2021 Top Growing Companies list and was acquired by Ernst & Young in 2022.

 

Dave is passionate about unlocking human potential within teams, within clients, and within the solutions they create together. He supports the First Capital Thriving Neighbourhood Foundation along with other employee-led causes that reflect this vision.

 

When he’s not in front of a whiteboard or helping clients find clarity, you’ll likely find him cooking with fire in his backyard pizza oven or distance running through the mean (but scenic) streets of Clarington, where he lives with his family.
